Refund Policy

This return policy governs the terms and conditions for returns and cancellations of services provided on the massage and reflexology website.

 

1. General Provisions

Massage and reflexology services are available by appointment and are personalized. Payment, if made in advance, confirms the reservation for a specific date and time.

2. Session Cancellation and Rescheduling

The client may cancel or reschedule a session by notifying them in advance.

• If cancelled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the session can be rescheduled to another date at no additional charge.

• If cancelled less than 24 hours before the session, no refund will be issued, as the time has already been reserved for the client.

 

3. Client Lateness

If a client is late, the session duration may be shortened without affecting the price, so as not to disrupt subsequent appointments.

4. No-Show

If a client fails to show up without prior notice, the service is considered rendered, and no refund will be issued.

5. Cancellation by Therapist

In rare cases, if a session is cancelled by the Specialist, the client will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund of the previously paid fee.
